Acting as the official Administrator for York Professionals Jo P Communications provides a marketing and administrative service to the Board of Directors. Work involves organising, managing and delivering an annual events plan, arranging meetings and delivering marketing, social media and PR on the organisation’s behalf. Acting as Treasurer the annual budget, cash flow and bank reconciliations are managed. In addition, responsibilities are for membership recruitment, retention and developing new relationships with strategic and corporate partners.

Providing ongoing support to the Marketing Department, Jo P Communications designs and co-ordinates various school publications, enewsletters and core marketing literature. Responsible for communications, PR and social media across the core School and various enrichment social media sub-accounts to ensure integrated and co-ordinated communications.

Project management, including the development of a new Queen Margaret’s website are key priorities.

Acting as the official Co-ordinator for Yorkshire’s Great Houses, Castles & Gardens, a marketing consortium representing circa 40 Yorkshire attractions, Jo P Communications delivers functions including Treasury, Secretarial and Marketeer. Main responsibilities include marketing, social media, PR and communications.

Work includes the production of a 24 page A5 guide with a 250k print run, management of an ongoing distribution plan, advertising, promotions and campaign management. Membership retention and recruitment are priorities and the consortium’s annual budget, cash flow and bank reconciliations are managed.
